Georgia Licensed Alcohol Manufacturers Can Sell Directly to the public

Effective September 1, 2017, licensed manufacturers of malt beverage and distilled spirits will be permitted to sell their products directly to the public subject to certain statutory limitations.  Below is a link to a Department of Revenue Bulletin explaining the recently enacted changes in the law allowing for direct sales to consumers.
